DMT-HEX signed MOU to prepare to set up a joint venture company
Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited or DMT, and HANSHIN EXPRESSWAY COMPANY LIMITED or HEX signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on September 30, 2022, through this cooperation, in addition to seeking the opportunities and expanding the business together, this also shows confidence in operations and maintenance that have expertise in operations, maintenance of elevated roads and tunnels in Japan, including creating business development which will lead to the cooperation between the two organizations in various dimensions (synergy) in the future, as well as promoting and driving the country’s economy. In this regards, Dr. Sakda Panwai, Managing Director, Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited (DMT) and Mr. Koichi Yoshida, President of Hanshin Expressway Company Limited co-signed at Hanshin Expressway Company Limited, Osaka, Japan.
