On May 7, 2012, Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited organized the Job Instruction Training Course According to Operational Manuals, Batch 1, for department heads and subordinates. The training aimed to provide participants with knowledge and understanding of the operational manuals for each department, and how to apply them for the development of personnel and the creation of organizational knowledge. The goal was to enhance the effectiveness of operations within the company.
