On June 29, 2017, Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited organized an internal training program on "Counseling" for employees in the Traffic Facilitation and Management Division. Mr. Chawanat Srisukwattana, Director of the Traffic Facilitation and Management Division, honored the occasion with his opening remarks. The training was conducted by Professor Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Phanomphorn Phumchan and Dr. Theerapat Wongkumsin, faculty members from the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences, Kasetsart University, along with experts from the Samaritans of Thailand.

The focus of the training was on assisting individuals in distress and providing counseling to those who might be experiencing emotional discomfort on the elevated expressway, aiming to prevent potential serious incidents. The event provided employees with both theoretical knowledge and practical techniques in counseling, preparing them to handle situations effectively according to psychological principles. This training aligns with the company's vision of providing excellent service characterized by convenience, speed, and safety, enhancing the confidence of road users in the services provided.
