DMT partners with three Japanese companies to sign a joint venture agreement, establishing "A Siam Infra Co., Ltd." to expand new business opportunities
Dr. Sakda Panwai, Managing Director of Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited (DMT), signed a joint venture agreement to establish a subsidiary company “A Siam Infra Company Limited” together with 3 giant companies with expertise from Japan; Hanshin Expressway, KFC and AKROS Trading to expand investment in setting up companies for inspection, measurement, analysis, evaluation, design and planning for repairs and improving and strengthening infrastructure in Osaka, Japan, and is expected that company registration to be completed by April 2023.
