A team of executives and partners from ASIAM Infra Co., Ltd. recently delivered a presentation on knowledge and innovations in materials and equipment for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing infrastructure. The presentation was led by Dr. Songkiat Mathupayon, Chairman of the Board, along with Mr. Motohiko Nishibayashi, Executive Senior Expert from Hanshin Expressway Co., Ltd., KFC Limited, and YK Akros Trading Co., Ltd. They addressed the board of Don Muang Tollway Public Company Limited (DMT), focusing on leveraging Japanese expressway expertise and technology to benefit Thailand's Mega Projects in transportation.
The discussion emphasized the importance of applying advanced techniques and experiences from Japan to enhance the efficiency of Thailand's existing infrastructure, such as bridges, tunnels, and roads, which have been in use for over 40 years. The goal is to develop a comprehensive preventive and maintenance plan to ensure the long-term sustainability and safety of these critical structures.
