**Prize Collection Criteria**
Identity Verification
- Winners, whether residing in Bangkok or other provinces, must present their **national identification card** (matching the name registered on the winning entry) along with **one photocopy** when claiming their prize **in person** at the company’s office during business hours.
- Prizes must be claimed within **180 days** from the announcement date. If the deadline is missed, the prize will be forfeited and donated to **a charitable organization or government agency** for public benefit.
Prize Conditions
- Winners must accept the prize **as specified**.
- Prizes **cannot** be exchanged for cash or other rewards.
- No additional monetary compensation will be provided in any form.
Tax Deduction
- Winners receiving prizes valued at **1,000 THB or more** are subject to a **5% withholding tax**, in accordance with **Revenue Department Orders No. TorPor 4/2528 (dated September 26, 1985) and No. TorPor 104/2544 (dated September 15, 2001).
