The first internal audit of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards in 2022
On June 14-15, 2022, the company conducted the first internal audit of the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards. This internal audit was carried out by the internal auditors covering 5 departments, including the Toll Collection Department, Human Resources and Quality Management Systems Department, Administration and Property Department, Legal and Regulatory Affairs Department, and Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility Department. The primary aim was to assess the alignment of the management and environmental management processes with the organization's policy, as well as with the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards. The evaluation also focused on determining the effective implementation of these practices within the organization.
